Hello! We are the Earthwatch Conserving Wetlands and Traditional Agriculture in Mexico expedition 2017. We'll be working in Xochimilco on the outskirts of Mexico City from July 30 - August 5. We'll be posting regularly on the history, ecology and current conditions in the area and what it's like to be part of an Earthwatch expedition. Brynn Johnson- New Orleans, LA

Hi! My name is Brynn Johnson, and I teach 5th grade at the Academy of the Sacred Heart. I have been teaching for ten years. I enjoy traveling, exploring, and seeking out new experiences. This is my first Earthwatch, and I'm really looking forward to our time together in Mexico City.
